Angela Calderon

My mission is to provide compassionate and evidenced based therapeutic support for individuals, teens, and families navigating life’s challenges. I believe in fostering resilience through self-awareness, emotional regulation, and helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom. My goal is to empower clients with practical tools and meaningful insights to navigate life’s difficulties and build a life they find truly worth living. I was born in Colombia and moved to the US in 2001. I attended University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling Education in 2012. I am comprehnsively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) through B-Tech and a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, with 20 years of meditation practice.
